The business has since evolved, becoming well recognised specialists in urban regeneration; finding undervalued locations that can benefit from our robust planning and infrastructural investment and delivering on this strategy across multiple significant sites predominantly across London, the South East and Birmingham.

To date SevenCapital has a portfolio approaching 10,000 homes, equating to 5.4 million sq. ft.  of residential floorspace, alongside a further 1.5 million sq. ft. of commercial floorspace. This translates into 4,368 homes already delivered, with a future pipeline of more than 5,000 currently on site or in planning, including 462 units along with amenities at the upcoming £500 million prime residential  scheme, 100 Kensington, in partnership with MARK.
