To date SevenCapital has a portfolio approaching 10,000 homes, equating to 5.4 million sq. ft.  of residential floorspace, alongside a further 1.5 million sq. ft. of commercial floorspace. This translates into 4,126 homes already delivered, with a future pipeline of more than 5,000 currently on site or in planning, including 242 units at The Grand Exchange in Bracknell, set to complete in Summer 2023, the and the upcoming £500 million prime residential scheme in Kensington in partnership with MARK.
