To date SevenCapital has a portfolio approaching 10,000 homes, equating to 5.4 million sq. ft.  of residential floorspace, alongside a further 1.5 million sq. ft. of commercial floorspace. This translates into 4,368 homes already delivered, with a future pipeline of more than 5,000 currently on site or in planning, including 462 units along with amenities at the upcoming £500 million prime residential  scheme, 100 Kensington, in partnership with MARK.
